You may practice yoga and meditation to drop into the present moment. Did you know that drawing is another form of mindful presence? Join us for a unique 2-hour untutored life drawing workshop of your favourite yoga asana in our beautiful, peaceful studio.
We will begin the session with a 15-minute yoga Nidra to invite creative inspiration and let the creative juices flow before taking your seat and allowing your unique artistic style to flourish on paper.
Poses will be held from 2 to 15 minutes so you can work on a range a sketches and find complete presence of mind in each. This is a wonderful way to experience complete relaxation and mindfulness.

All levels are welcome and you do not need any previous experience in life drawing to attend – just an open mind. All materials will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you would rather.
