I'm Daria and I'm here to offer you Yoga and Thai Massage in South London and beyond.
I teach Creative Vinyasa Flow Yoga at The Life Centre, a beautiful studio in the heart of Islington. I also cover classes all over London from Virgin Active Gyms to Shoreditch House and everywhere in between. Follow me on Instagram to see when I'm teaching next.
I work one-on-one from my home studio in Clapham North, where I offer a safe space for bespoke yoga classes. Sessions can be tailored to suit individual needs from pre-natal relaxation, yoga for stress and burnout, or hip and hamstring release for runners.
Thai Yoga Massage
I offer this ancient healing practice from my home studio. Using hands, elbows and feet to apply pressure along the energetic points of the body, this massage is a wonderful way to reconnect to yourself and achieve physical, spiritual and emotional re-balancing.
